L’Abbaye de Beauport

Leaving the port of Paimpol on foot along the GR34 along the bay is surely the best way to discover this site.

Its history dates back to the 13th century. The site is spread over more than 100 hectares of maritime and terrestrial environments. Throughout the year, you will have the opportunity to discover it through ballads, visits and other cultural activities, sometimes even at night for a festival of lights and small videos highlighting this monument.

Le Château de la Roche-Jagu

It majestically overlooks the Trieux river with a striking panorama over which it once provided control and defense. Classified as Historical Monuments, its vast park of 64 hectares actively contributes to the reputation of this site. Medieval vegetable garden, ornamental garden, rose garden, camellia alleys, palm groves will amaze you throughout a stroll with breathtaking views. And finally, why not be tempted by a lunch break in the restaurant located in the heart of the estate.

Les jardins de Kerdalo

A break is essential: much more recent in design, they date from 1965. Opposite the town of Tréguier, overlooking the Jaudy river, basins, waterfalls, water staircase, cave and pavilions, more than 5,000 plants have been found their place on these 17 hectares. It is a parenthesis in time.

It is a magical world, huddled, closed, secret, at the same time natural and shaped, at the crossroads of a botanical universe and a romantic universe, which earned them a registration in the inventory of Historic Monuments and to obtain the label “Remarkable Garden” domain.
