Rental rates and conditions for 2023 season
Rental rates
For any reservation request, please send by email or via the form on the Contact page the desired dates. Upon receipt, we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Conditions of reservation
Reservation conditions applicable for the 2 Cottages:
From June to September, we prefer weekly rentals.
Reservation of 2 consecutive nights minimum outside school periods
Arrival time: 4.30 p.m. / Departure time: 10.00 a.m.
Payment: 30% upon reservation (of the total price including option, excluding tourist tax)
Balance: 30 days before arrival
The reservation will be effective once a copy of the rental contract is returned to us.
Terms of cancelation:
30 days before the start of the stay: full reimbursement of amounts paid.
Between 14 and 30 days: 50% of the sums paid will be returned.
After the dates indicated, holidaymakers will not receive any refund.
Security deposit:
A deposit of € 300 is to be paid by check or cash upon delivery of the keys on arrival.
Tourist tax:
It amounts to 5% of the price of the stay and is fully donated to the agglomeration.
Packages:
Options are available and can be choosen during your reservation:
- Cleaning fee at the end of the stay: € 50
- Sheet rental: € 12 per stay per bed
- Bathroom linen rental: € 5 per person per stay
